Meet Nikki — Owner Blind Ambitions
As the owner of Blind Ambitions, Nikki brings a personal, hands-on approach to every project. From helping clients choose the perfect window coverings during their design consultation to placing orders and managing the office, she makes sure every detail is taken care of from start to finish.
Nikki has called the Tri-Cities home for nearly her entire life, giving her a genuine connection to the community and the families Blind Ambitions serves. She loves helping homeowners find window treatments that are not only beautiful, but also practical and perfectly suited to their homes.
Outside of Blind Ambitions, Nikki’s favorite role is being with her family. She is the proud mom of four children and grandmother to 13 grandchildren—so she understands just how important it is to create a home that is comfortable, beautiful, and made for real life.
Meet Shane — Owner of Blind Ambitions
Shane is an important part of the Blind Ambitions team, working in both Sales and as a Lead Installer. He is certified in all of our motorized window covering systems and brings years of hands-on knowledge and experience to every project.
Our customers love Shane for his friendly approach, extensive product knowledge, and his ability to troubleshoot and fix just about anything when it comes to window coverings. Whether he’s helping a customer select the right products, installing a new motorized system, or solving a tricky service issue, Shane takes pride in making sure everything works exactly as it should.
Outside of Blind Ambitions, family and church are at the heart of Shane’s life. He has 3 children and a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren (along with Nikki). For Shane, Blind Ambitions is more than a business—it’s an opportunity to serve people, build relationships, and take care of customers the way he would want his own family to be treated.
Meet Zach —
Lead Installer
Zach is our Lead Installer at Blind Ambitions and a proud Marine veteran. After serving in the Marines, he returned home to the Tri-Cities, where he grew up, to raise his family and help build a local business centered around craftsmanship, service, quality, and joy.
Zach takes great pride in his work and is committed to making sure every installation is done right. He carefully checks that each window covering is working properly and makes sure our customers are completely happy before he leaves their home.
Just as important as his craftsmanship is the way Zach treats our customers. We hear time and again about his big smile, friendly personality, and how pleasant he is to have in their homes.
Zach is an important part of the Blind Ambitions family and a big reason our customers receive exceptional service from consultation through installation.
